Organization

Create New Organization

  1. Go to “Boards” on the bottom panel. A menu will pop-up.

  2. Click “+ Add Board or Organization”.

  3. Select “New Organization”.

  4. Enter organization name and description.

  5. Click the “Add” button.

Edit and Update Organization

  1. Go to “Organizations” on the bottom left panel. A list of organizations will appear.

  2. Choose and click an organization you want to edit.
  3. Go to the top right panel and click the “Edit” or pencil icon.

  4. Edit or update organization name, website or URL address, and description.
  5. Click the “Save” button to save the changes.

 

Organization View

  1. Go to “Organizations” on the bottom left panel. A list of organizations will appear.

  2. Choose and click an organization you want to view.

  3. Its interface will appear on the screen.

Organization Visibility

  1. Go to “Organizations” on the bottom left panel. A list of organizations will appear.
  2. Choose and click an organization you want to edit.
  3. Go to the top right panel and click the “Visibility” or locked icon.
  4. Select the type of visibility.
  5. The new visibility will appear on the top right panel.

Add Member

  1. Go to “Organizations” on the bottom left panel. A list of organizations will appear.
  2. Choose and click an organization you want to view.
  3. Its interface will appear on the screen.
  4. Click on the “Members” tab. Username/s of members will appear.
  5. Click on the “+ Add Member” button.
  6. Enter name of member to add. You can add members from IImagine Life users only. You can use their username or email address. Enter a username or email address.
  7. Member’s name will automatically appear on the members’ list.

Remove Member

  1. Go to “Organizations” on the bottom left panel. A list of organizations will appear.
  2. Choose and click an organization you want to view.
  3. Its interface will appear on the screen.
  4. Click on the “Members” tab. Username/s of members will appear.
  5. Select a member you want to remove. Click the “Remove” button.
  6. A confirmation message will appear. Click “Remove from organization” to confirm.

Change Permissions

Permissions is the level of control that a member has in an organization. A member can edit or view an organization. Organization creators are by default, owner of an organization.

  1. Go to “Organizations” on the bottom left panel. A list of organizations will appear.
  2. Choose and click an organization you want to view.
  3. Its interface will appear on the screen.
  4. Click on the “Members” tab. Username/s of members will appear.
  5. Click the permissions option to change a member’s permission.
  6. Select type of permissions.
  7. Member’s permission will automatically change.

View Member’s Activity

  1. Go to “Organizations” on the bottom left panel. A list of organizations will appear.
  2. Choose and click an organization you want to view. Its interface will appear on the screen.
  3. Click on the “Members” tab. Username/s of members will appear. Select a member to view his/her activities.
  4. Click on the “Activities” option. A list of activities for a member will appear.

Sort By Organization

  1. Go to “Organizations” on the bottom left panel. A list of organizations will appear.
  2. Go to the “Sort” menu.
  3. Select the sort type.
  4. Organizations will be sorted according to the chosen sort type.

Delete Organization

  1. Go to “Organizations” on the bottom left panel. A list of organizations will appear.
  2. Select the organization you want to delete and click the “Delete” button.
